Mastering the Hot Cross Bun for Easter (2011)


I was on a mission to master the hot cross bun. We enjoyed them so much when we were in Australia last year for Easter that I was determined to make them myself. The secret turned out to be using a reduced Apricot jam as the finishing glaze, delicious!
