Today is one of those days where you just wish you had another holiday coming 'round the corner. I'm so excited that summer is here and would love to be outside enjoying the sunshine! This is one of my photos from our trip to San Fran in January. It was absolutely beautiful! We plan on doing alot of camping this summer so it's time to think about really good camping food! I think we will head up past Pemberton and do some day long hikes so the preparation has to be fast and easy after a long day of hiking.
