Ben and hands, Oct 2011

Saying goodbye to an old friend from the closet

Well since we decided to put the condo up for sale we had to declutter. So I said goodbye to my old field hockey sweatshirt from my Australia trip.

Play time

A little quality time with the Octopus.

trains trains trains.

Nelson trip, me, Addison and Ben.

Our early morning walk along the lake.

An afternoon at the pool.

Bedtime stories by Mitch

We stopped at this great little waterfall after the Farmers Market.

The tram along the lake.

Beckett enjoying the ride.

Addison wanted a photo with the "train"

Dirt time!

Just before getting into the tub.

Always a good time at the playground with friends.
The boys were so great on the drive to Nelson, again it was so hot! It was certainly a time I thought air conditioning in the car would be a good idea. Addison was lucky because that meant we got to stop for ice cream! We had a wonderful visit with the Wilkey's. Addison and Stella were right back to the best friends ever and had so much fun playing in the backyard and sites around Nelson.

Okanagan, August 2011

My 20 year grad reunion was in Kelowna just before the September long weekend. Chris and I packed up the kids and off we went to Kelowna. The reunion was great. Chris had to head back to work but I stayed to visit with Nana and Opa and then drove with the boys to Nelson to visit the Wilkey's.

Late August 2011 - Ben

Addison outside for some soccer and a little garden time

While Ben napped in the snuggly carrier, we all would walk over to the little field behind City Square Mall. Addison and I would play soccer and then look at the little community garden beside it. Addison loved this little bench, all around it were green beans.

Ben vs the Chicken

Ben has a love/hate relationship with the chicken.

Blake's birthday party with trains!

Addison's friend Blake had his birthday party at the Burnaby train museum where they got to ride small scale trains. A ton of fun for all!
