Sitting up

Addison loves to sit on the couch and look out the window. He can almost hold his head up all by himself and he is reaching for and looking at his toys all the time now. And of course we love that smile! We have also found him sucking his thumb a few times already...

Our trip to the Okanagan

We spent the july long weekend in the Okanagan where it was very hot!! We visited the Fraser's in Penticton then drove to Kelowna in 40C. Our car has no air conditioning - Auntie Ashley sat in the back seat with Addison and slowly moved around a bag of ice wrapped in blankets on his lap to keep him cool!
Then in Kelowna we visited Grandpa Frank and Gramma Gerry and then it was off to Great Grans!
We also visited with old friends Jenaya and her kids and Lindsay and her kids (unfortunately we forgot to take pics with Lindsay!!)
The car ride home was much cooler - we left at 4:30 am to beat the heat!
