The Big Hole - the next installment!

So I know MANY of you have been waiting with baited breathe for my updated info on the BIG HOLE that "the men" have dug for the new Canada Line that will run all the way out to the airport - yipppeee!

SO here is the latest photo.

Those big "U" shaped cement things in the back are "sides" of the tunnel that "the men" have been putting into the big hole - since the big hole goes under the water they must be putting together the tube inside the tunnel. It sure looks like a lot of work! This photo was taken in early December. But really from outside the fence, not much has changed. Also since I don't walk by twice a day anymore I don't get to see the daily changes but it looks like the big black hose still sucks out heaps of water into the big green tanks (at the far back and left of this photo) I wonder what they do with all that water?
